Montana was surrendered to us for rehabilitation. He is a very well bred 5 year old pinto with a slight pedal bone issue (see images below). The vet has advised us to give him time to let it fuse. He may never be a riding horse (time will tell) but he will be paddock sound. The good thing is that he is hardly lame 1/5 at trot 2/5 at canter.

We are very hopeful he will make a beautiful recovery in care.
