I want to introduce you to Ellie Mae. She is a 19 year old Registered QH mare. Ellie Mae is a big solid girl suffering chronic malnutrition.

We rescued Ellie May along with another mare we have named Gypsy Rose.

Sadly both her and Gypsy Rose were victims of this chronic drought. We will focus on getting them better and on their way to great health.

She isn’t as bad as Gypsy Rose, being a QH they tend to hold weight better but she is very under weight considering how massive she should be.
